TERMS & CONDITIONS
1. Start date of commission will depend on existing commissions and projects.
2. A reference photo must be sent thru email or instagram - high quality version is preferred.
3. A confirmation message and tentative start date will be sent, for your reference.
4. For 1 to 3 commission pieces, it will take 3 to 5 days to complete; For >3 commission pieces, it will take at least 7 days to complete (depending on the quantity).
5. For 1 to 3 commission pieces, full payment must be settled before start date; For >3 commission pieces, at least 50% of the full amount must be settled before start date.
6. Updates/drafts will be sent during the period of completion. These drafts are watermarked low quality versions of the artwork to avoid using them in any posts.
7. Final pieces will be sent via e-mail once they are complete.
